SUMMER FEST 2024 IS A THREE-NIGHT, FOUR-DAY CAMP LOCATED IN RUNNING SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA! HOSTED BY NEW LIFE YTH AND FREE CHAPEL YOUTH, ORANGE COUNTY. WE'RE TEAMING UP TO DELIVER A SUMMER EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEVER FORGET!

GET READY FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE FILLED WITH WORSHIP, MESSAGES, BREAKOUTS, GAMES, AND MUCH MORE. IT'S A TIME FOR OUR YTH TO IMMERSE THEMSELVES IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD WHILE ENJOYING AN INCREDIBLY FUN TIME.

 
 
 
 

TRAVEL & LODGING

 
 

ALL YTH STUDENTS WILL BE STAYING IN DORM-STYLE CABINS WITH BUNK BEDS, COMPLETE PRIVATE RESTROOM FACILITIES, AND ACCOMPANIED BY ADULT SUPERVISION (ALL VOLUNTEERS OF NEW LIFE ARE SCREENED AND BACKGROUND CHECKED).

TRANSPORTATION WILL BE PROVIDED BY BUS. WE WILL LEAVE NEW LIFE COMMUNITY CHURCH ON SUNDAY, JUNE 30TH AT 12:00PM SHARP! WE WILL RETURN TO NEW LIFE AT APPROXIMATELY 2:00PM ON JULY 3RD.

 

REGISTER

  • Free camp t-shirt, all meals while at camp, transportation to and from camp, all services and activities. Your student may want to bring $20-30 for the snack bar.

    * If you are coming to camp with a friend/friends and you want to stay in the same cabin, we will be able to ensure you can stay with your friends in the same room!

  • Get away from everyday life to encounter God like never before. We’ll worship, hear messages, small groups and more. We’ll also have a lot of fun…get ready for Tribe Wars, games, building lasting friendships, and more.

  • Students who have just finished 6th grate to 12th grade are welcome.

  • Yes, definitely! Recent high school graduates are allowed to join us.

  • Every leader undergoes training and a background check. The campers will be supervised at all times. There is a nurse on site throughout camp. There is private restrooms and showers in the cabin for privacy.

  • A backpack or medium-sized duffle bag or suitcase. Camp Cedar Crest is in the mountains so pack for both warm and cool weather. Plan to wear shoes suitable for dirt and rocky terrain (flip flops or sandals would not be good). Bring a Bible, notebook and pen/pencil for the week’s activities. Modest and appropriate clothing, including sandals and athletic shoes and swimsuit. Include towels, bedding (sleeping bag and pillow), and personal hygiene items. Optionally, bring money for special offerings and snack bar. Neither New Life or Free Chapel or the camp leadership will be responsible for stolen or damaged items brought to camp.

  • A payment plan is an option. Full payment must be made before June 30th unless you participate in After Pay. New Life will also be having a fundraiser to help with the cost of camp. Some ideas to raise money…have a garage sale, ask family and friends, sell candy, etc.
